No Name Salad

Cook 5 slices of bacon (diced) until crisp
Combine:
1 beaten egg
1/4 C minced onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 C Vinegar
2T water

Add to bacon. Heat to just boiling stirring constantly.
Tear 1 head lettuce. Pour hot dressing over and toss lightly
4 Servings

These are some seriously freaky recipes. Maybe we should make all of the recipes and write a blog about it. Maybe we would become famous! Ha ha

Whatever Jenny! You know I am the best cook out of all the sisters. My palete is totally sophisticated.

Now what I really want to know is how you keep the egg from scrambling? Or, is that the point?
