Mustard Ring - This Is Good With Ham

4 eggs well beaten
3/4 C sugar
1 1/2 T dry mustard
1 pkg Knox gelatin
1/2 C Cold water
1 C weak vinegar
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp tumeric (for coloring)

Beat egg. Mix vinegar, sugar, salt, tumeric. Add to eggs. Cook until thick. Add gelatin. When cold fold in whipped cream and put in mold!

The note on the back of the recipe said, "these are real good recipes"

Let me know if anyone out there is brave enough to try this one.

That is just sick. It sounds like dad's salad dressing recipe in jello form.

I agree with jamie. SICK! It is interesting to see what people used to eat. I am sure I will not be trying this one out. Is the recipe for dumplings in there?
